Annual Easter Egg Hunt & Crawfish Boil

Saturday – April 12, 2045 at 4:00pm – The HOA provides crawfish and hot dogs. Please bring a dessert or side dish as well as a dozen candy filled eggs.

Spring Sparkle

Saturday – April 12, 2025 at 9:00am – please help fellow neighbors clean up, trim back trees and give the park/pool area some attention! This coincides with the City of Friendswood’s annual clean up and free trash disposal at Centennial Park.

General HOA meeting

Sunday – May 4, 2025 at 7:00pm – All homeowners are invited to attend the general board meeting at the Imperial Gardens park. Bring a camp chair as seating is limited! We will meet the newly elected Board members and discuss the 2023-2024 budget.

Halloween Party

Friday – October 31, 2025 at 7:00pm – Chili dogs provided by the HOA. Please bring a side dish or appetizer. Hay ride for the kids at dusk!
