Imperial Gardens neighborhood was formed in 1962. There are 114 lots along with a neighborhood park and pool.

The IGHOA was formed to oversee the care and maintenance of the Imperial Gardens park, playground and pool. Seven elected Board members serve in a volunteer capacity two-year rotating terms.

The HOA hosts two neighborhood events each year – Easter Egg Hunt & Crawfish boil the weekend before Easter and a Halloween Hayride & cookout on the night of Halloween.

There is a neighborhood Facebook group for homeowners to communicate with one another. Residents are encouraged to join the “Imperial Gardens Neighborhood Page” Facebook group!
